These terms apply to qissasy.ai and the early-access waitlist. The mobile app will have separate store terms when it launches. This page is a draft for legal review.

Who may sign up

The waitlist is for parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults interested in Qissasy. By joining, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and that you provide accurate contact information.

What we collect

We collect the email address you submit and optional details you choose to share (country, platform preference, child age band, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention and your rights.

We use your email to send early-access updates you opted into.
We do not sell your personal data.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the waitlist form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information. We may remove entries that look automated, fraudulent, or harmful.

Children’s content

Qissasy is designed for families and children, but the website waitlist is operated for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product approaches launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
